Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Thanks for choosing MiniMirth (https://minimirth.in/). We put a lot of care into making, testing, and packing every hair care product we sell. Here’s how we handle cancellations, returns, and refunds so you always know what to expect.
1. Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? No problem—just contact us within 2 hours of placing your order or before it ships (whichever happens sooner), and we’ll cancel it for free. Email support@minimirth.in or message our customer support team with your Order ID.
If your order is already on its way with the courier, we can’t cancel or change it. If you refuse delivery after it ships, we’ll need to deduct the two-way shipping cost before processing any refund.
2. Return Policy
We can’t accept returns or exchanges for delivered hair oils, serums, or tonics since these are personal care items—your safety and hygiene come first.
But if something goes wrong, like:
- The product is damaged or leaking when it arrives,
- It’s defective or expired,
- Your shipment is missing items or you got the wrong product,
let us know and we’ll replace it or give you a refund.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We’re careful, but sometimes things get knocked around on the way to you. If your order shows up damaged or isn’t right, tell us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email support@minimirth.in with your Order ID and clear photos of the packaging and affected items. We also ask—please record a quick, unedited video while opening your package for the first time. This video helps us sort out issues faster and protect both our customers and our small business.
4. How Refunds Work
Once we review and approve your claim:
- We’ll send you a replacement for free, or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Wallet)
- Refunds usually show up in your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll refund you via secure bank transfer or UPI link when you provide your details.
